Identify before identifying
Start with the sensations: fresh, dry, wet, bright, dark, smooth, rough. Then look for a family and finally a precise reference. This is the limitation of compulsory responses.

Note the date, the support, the known dose, the time spent, the facets, the images mentioned and the intensity. Using the same structure makes comparisons more useful.
Return to Eau de Parfum
Spatial memory is developed by spatial repetition. Check out a material several days later without immediately reviewing your first notes and then compare.
Exercise of observation
À retenirA precise description combines observation, time, vocabulary and personal memory.
